Our Returns Policy

We want you to be comfortable and happy with your online purchase and pride ourselves on the quality and comfort of our products but if there is a problem you can make a return to us within 7 days of receiving your item but please note delivery costs, fees and taxes are excluded from refunds.

Refund steps and criteria is as follows…

  • 1. Contact us within 7 days after receiving your purchase at info@mybeanabout.com
  • 2. All products must be returned unused and in suitable condition for resale.
  • 3. Obtain a tracking number on your return as we cannot be liable for any packages lost in transit.
  • 4. Please allow 2-4 weeks of processing time from the time you ship your return, refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Wrong or Faulty items?
Your original shipping costs and any fee’s or taxes will not be refunded unless you have received the wrong item or the item is deemed to be faulty. In a case of any fault please contact us imeditaly at infor@mybeanabout.com. Please note: Any returns deemed faulty will be thoroughly checked and if we consider the fault to be as a result of self damage then no refund will be given.

IMPORTANT: Only bags purchased from www.mybeanabout.com in original unused condition will be suitable for a refund. Any items purchased from participating retail outlets will need to be retuned to the point of purchase and follow the policy of that peticular retail store.

Exchanges?
Yes you can exchange your item if your new choice is the same price as your original selection and you have contacted us before the order has been dispatched. If your exchange does not meet this criteria then you can send us back the original item for refund by following our refund procedure.

No refunds are given for on sale items.
