Bean About Australia ships nationally (Australia) and internationally to most countries twice a week. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. A national or International economy flat rate fee will be charged at checkout for each item in your cart. This shipping cost includes transportation, fuel, and insurance fees incurred by the carrier but does not include duties, country-specific taxes, brokerage, or other fees.

International customers are responsible to pay duties charged by your country, any Value Added Tax (VAT) or other country-specific taxes, brokerage fees incurred when your order clears customs, and any additional fees. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes upon delivery the items will be returned to Bean About Australia and a refund will not be issued.
